CHALLENGES
- Integrating a professionally shot video hero banner or slider on the homepage while maintaining fast load times and mobile responsiveness.
- Ensuring bilingual functionality (English and 中文) without compromising usability or page performance.
- Accurately reflecting CFAN’s compliance licensing details and disclosure requirements in a clean, readable format without overwhelming the design.
SOLUTION
- Built a video‑enabled hero section using lightweight video embedding or looping HTML5 video, optimized for auto-play on desktop while fallbacking to a static hero image on mobile for speed.
- Implemented a language toggle feature with fast locale switching; kept both English and Chinese text assets lightweight and cached for seamless user experience.
- Structured the site into distinct service pillars: Compliance Framework, Mentoring, Support—each with a dedicated section and visual icons for clarity.
- Added a “Disclosure” page that clearly outlines licensing, fee models, and conflicts of interest, styled in visually scannable format with accordions and bullet lists.
- Included prominent, persistent contact CTA buttons (“Get in touch”, “Adviser Login”) in header, footer, and repeated after each section to encourage engagement.
